How to connect a PS3 controller that was connected to another PS3?

atmporsh911 enquired:

Hey everyone,
I have a question that I have been thinking about, but have been unable to solve. Say two PS3s are close to one another, with a controller attached to each. How would it be possible to take the controller from one PS3 and make it the second controller to the other PS3? Wouldn’t it just reconnect to the PS3 it had been originally connected to? Thanks in advance fro your answers.

I agree with the first guy, or you can try to move them really far at first then bring them closer

Take the usb cable and use it to connect the controller with the ps3 you want to, then unplug it and press the ps button and it should work with that playstation.
