    its only a problem if it keeps doing it like my only done it once im not to worry about it

    It wont hurt as long as the yellow hard drive light isn’t flickering (though if it’s frozen, 9 times out of 10 it wont be), and even then you’ll probably be ok.
    Some games have small glitches in them which can cause the system to freeze, but they wont do any lasting damage to it.
